As I produced the piece, I poured into it my despair over the wanton burning of the Amazon Rainforest as well as the destructive California wildfires closer to home. There is no greater form of art than the natural world, and no greater desecration and vandalism than the destruction of the environment. The fact that we permit this is a damning indictment of our species.
